HyChill refrigerants are produced from natural gas. HyChill refrigerants are environmental friendly.  
  HyChill refrigerants has zero ozone depleting potential (ODP) unlike CFCs and HCFCs do (e.g. CFC Type R12 used in automobile air-cons and HCFC R22 used in air – conditioning split systems)
  HyChill refrigerants are not greenhouse gasses (GHG) and contribute very little amount of global warming (less than 8 compare to Co2) but HFCs (e.g. R134a, R404a) & HCFCs (e.g.R22) are GHG and contribute to a lot of global warming to global climate. (More than thousand time)
